Booking & Reservations All bookings are subject to availability. Tables are typically held for 15 minutes past the reservation time. A valid contact number and/or email may be required to confirm your booking. Use of Venue No outside food or drink allowed unless by prior agreement. Customers must comply with all posted safety and allergy notices. Service The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Special seating or window tables may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. Allergy Disclaimer Please advise staff of allergies or dietary restrictions; best efforts will be made, but allergen-free status cannot be guaranteed

Information Collection Essential personal data is collected to provide services (e.g., name, contact details, visit dates, allergy information). Data may be collected via reservation, website, or loyalty programs. How Data Is Used For processing bookings, managing customer relations, and occasional marketing (with consent). Security measures such as CCTV may be in operation within the premises. Data Security Personal data is kept secure and only as long as necessary. Will not be sold to third parties; only shared with affiliates or authorities as required by law. Your Rights You may request to review, amend, or delete your personal data at any time.

General Rules Food and beverage purchases are generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven quality issues or errors by the restaurant/cafe. Refunds for accidental duplicate charges or if the restaurant cancels a scheduled event or service. Process Refunds must usually be requested via email or in person within 7 days of the transaction, with proof of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or as a voucher/credit at the cafe's discretion. Exclusions Custom orders, personalized goods, or event deposits are non-refundable. Bookings and table deposits may be non-refundable but can sometimes be rescheduled depending on advance notice and availability. Returns For merchandise: Items must be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
